Any person may lodge at the County Office no later than the 22nd day of July 1983, and in the prescribed form an objection in writing to the roll on either of the following grounds: (a) That any person whose name is on the roll does not possess the necessary qualification at the time when the objection is lodged: or (b) That any person whose name is not on the roll possesses the necessary qualification at the time when the objection Is lodged, and is entitled to have his/her name inserted. Objection forms are also available at all places.
