$1.5M for property
PA Auckland A beach-front property at Takapuna on Auckland’s North Shore has been sold for $1.5 million at a mortgagee sale. The property was formerly owned by Unicorn Holdings, Ltd. It was sold to the firt mortgagee, Mrs Joan Sheath. The o.6ha (about 1%-acre) section has a two-storey house on it. The auctioneer, Mr Dick Gladding, said the section, given its site and size, was unique by world standards and was worth about $2 million.
