PA Auckland About 25 women, some in tears and others shouting obscenities, were forcibly removed from the District Court at Auckland yesterday.
the women had earlier been cleared from the No. 2 courtroom by Judge Mitchell.
fifteen of the women were due to appear on charges of disorderly behaviour relating to an incident where protest slogans were shouted during this year’s Anzac ceremony at the Cenotaph. However, after shouting and cheering from the public gaWery, the women were clear®* from the Court and
Judge Mitchell attempted to deal with them one at a time.

About 15 police officers, in the building on courtrelated duties, lined up and forced the women out of the foyer amid cries of “rapists.”
