Robbers who attempted to hold up the Opawa Post Office yesterday morning used this grey, 1969 Ford Cortina motor-car to escape. The car, which has a black vinyl roof, was stolen from the Christchurch Town Hall car park on Wednesday morning and recovered in Smith Street where it was abandoned after the attempted robbery. The Christchurch police would like to hear from anyone who saw the car on Wednesday or yesterday.
