NZPA staff correspondent Hong Kong The New Zealand men’s basketball team lost 48-51 to Scotland at the William Jones Cup competition in
Taiwan on Saturday. Earlier, Italy defeated New Zealand 99-83. In other matches, Japan upset Canada 74-65, and Italy beat Taiwan’s Chung Hua team 92-76.
