Yachtsmen well placed
The Bamford brothers from Christchurch. Michael and Paul, had pleasing results in the German -national O.K. yachting championships, sailed at Ratzeburg. Michael finished fourth and Paul twelfth in a fleet of 66. The championship was won by an Australian Glen Collins,
and a Wellington yachtsman, Greg Willcox, was runner-up. Another Wellington competitor, Joe Porebski, was eleventh. The Bamford brothers are now basking in hot sun in Denmark awaiting the start of the Danish national championships.
