Lincoln leads

Lincoln College is still strongly placed to win “The Press” Centennial Cup for the best and fairest team in the C.S.B. Cup section of the senior rugby championship. Lincoln College will go into the final Cup round next Saturday with a lead of six points over High School Old Boys, which did reduce the gap by three points on Saturday. Saturday’s marks were again uniformly high, with no orderings off or sin-binnings to bring them down. Old Boys was one of three teams, the others being New Brighton and Belfast, to rate 19s, one off the possible.
