The directors of Teltherm Industries, Ltd, announce an audited profit after-tax and after minority interests, but before extraordinary items of $338,196 for the year ended March 31, (1982, $550,909) after a taxation provision of $82,688 (1982,5330,395); it represents a fall of 38.6 per cent. After extraordinary items, net profit after tax $380,936 (1982, $617,308). The final ordinary dividend recommendation is 10 per cent, payable on August 30 from tax-free sources, subject to Inland Revenue Department approval.
