Laced cakes
A Miami court clerk has been fired for feeding 23 coworkers marijuana-laced cakes at a court-house breakfast party. Twenty people were taken to hospital after eating the cakes baked by Howard Penn, aged 27, who has been charged with possession of a controlled substance. The employees, most of whom said that they had not experienced the effects of marijuana before, began to react to the cakes shortly after the party—Miami.
