Public Notices HURUNUICOUNTY COUNCIL CONSTITUTION OF LAND DRAINAGE DISTRICT NOTICE OF PROPOSED SPECIAL ORDER NOTICE is hereby given that at an Ordinary Meeting of the Hurunul County Council, held at the Council Chambers, Amberley, on Tuesday, April 26, 1983, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at a special meeting of the Council, to be held at the Council Chambers, Amberley, at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 20, 1983. RESOLUTION That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 504 of the Local Government Act, 1974, the Hurunul County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to declare the County of Hurunul as a Land Drainage District for the purpose of land drainage works therein for the drainage of land in the area. The District shall be constituted on June 21, 1983. Copies of the proposed Special Order are deposited at the Council Offices, Amberley and Walkarl, and are available for Inspection by the public during office hours. Dated this 6th day of May, 1983. MALVERN COUNTY COUNCIL DOWNS ROAD WATER SUPPLY BY-LAW 1983 NO. 1 AMENDMENT TO WATER SUPPLY CHARGES NOTICE is hereby given that, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Local Government Act 1974 and all amendments thereto, and other enabling legislation the Malvern County Council at a meeting held on June 10,1983, resolved by way of Special Order to make a by-law to be known as the Downs Road Water Supply By-law 1983 No. 1 Amendment to Water Supply Charges. The object and purport of the proposed by-law is to repeal the Downs Road Water Supply By-law 1982 No. 1, Amendment to Water Supply Charges, and substitute a new by-law with an amended schedule of charges payable for 1983/84. A full copy of the proposed by-law is deposited at the office of the Malvern County Council, Darfleld, and is open to the Inspection of the public during normal office hours until 1.30 p.m. on July 8,1983. It is further publicly notified that the resolution making the said by-law is to be submitted for conformation as a Special Order at a meeting of the council to be held in the Council Chambers, Darfleld, on Friday, July 8, 1983.
