CONTROLLER CUSTOMER 1 ACCOUNTS Credit Management Christchurch. This opportunity arises within the Head Office of a major national manufacturing and marketing company. The Controller Customer Accounts will be responsible for the control and administration of the company's credit policies. Emphasis is placed on the ability to 'control' credit through the supervision of branch credit control personnel and on establishing a close liaison with sales and service staff. Key attributes sought include good business acumen, an appreciation of the requirements of professional credit management, and the enterprise and diplomacy necessary to work towards achieving the company's high credit standards while maintaining the goodwill of all customers. Previous experience should include an association with Credit Management, Accounting or a Finance related background. Because of the maturity and judgment required, it is likely that the appointee would be aged from the late 20s. Conditions of employment are excellent with an attractive salary offered and real scope for further advancement depending on the interests and ability of the successful candidate.
