Inquest findings on Epps, Dobbs deaths

PA Wellington The final legal stages of a manslaughter case and a murder case have ended in Wellington with the Coroner, Mr Andrew McGregor, making findings on the deaths of Lester Thomas Epps and Robert John Dobbs. The Coroner decided not to resume the inquests under section 20 of the Coroners Act In both cases there had been a trial and conviction. There was no need to hold a full inquest, he said.
