Refit for liner
The luxury liner Queen Elizabeth II is to undergo a multi-million dollar refit in a British shipyard, Vospers in Southampton. The decision to award the contract to a British yard comes only months after Cunard, the ship’s owners, were accused of being unpatriotic for sending the cruise liner Cunard Countess to Malta for a refit.—London.-
