Guerrillas blamed
NZPA-Reuter Kampala The Ugandan Vice-Presi-dent and Defence Minister, Mr Paulo Muwanga, said yesterday that 81 civilians had been killed in a guerrilla attack on a refugee camp at Kikyusa, 60km north of Kampala, late last.
month. The attack, in which 115 people were injured, had been the work of anti-Gov-ernment guerrillas — not Government troops as some local newspapers had said. The same newspapers said that 200 civilians died in the attack.
