Mrs Margaret Thatcher has won a High Court battle with a bearded impostor who legally changed his name to Margaret Thatcher. A judge ruled that the authorities were right to bar the law student, aged 26, from contesting the election, because he was likely to cause confusion among voters in the Prime Minister’s north London constituency of Finchley.—London.
