Stereo FM reports
Stereo FM, Ltd, the newly-listed Auckland private FM broadcasting company, incurred operating and establishment expenses of $229,228 in the year to March 31, a period in which it did not trade, the directors said yesterday. The private radio company began broadcasting in Auckland on May 26.
The latest operating and establishment expenses have been added to expenses of $138,438 in the previous two years and charged to the appropriations account, they said. No dividend was recommended and there was no tax liability. The annual meeting will be held on June 30.
