The appointee will be responsible for the control of approximately 25 staff in Occupational Therapy Departments at the Board's base hospital In Invercargill, Seddon Memorial Hospital, Gore and Lome and Riverton Geriatric Hospitals. The appointee will have had experience in the control of staff and also In the physical and psychiatric aspects of Occupational Therapy. It Is preferred that the appointee will also have had experience in management and administration and have undertaken management training.
