McCarthy, Old Tai Tapu Road, for a community domestic supply, servicing eight properties. » 5068, DEPARTMENT OF SCIENTIFIC AND INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH, LINCOLN, to take 97.2 cubic metres of water per day, 5 days per week at the rate of 2 litres per second from a 150 mm well, 10.5 metres deep at Ellesmere Junction Road for flood and spray irrigation of research crops. Replacing right NCY 720212. 5069, DEPARTMENT OF SCIENTIFIC AND INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH, LINCOLN, to take 1090 cubic metres of water per day, 6 days per week at the rate of 18 litres per second from a 254 mm well, 18 metres deep on property between Boundary, Shands and Springs Road for spray irrigation purposes. HENNING, CULVERDEN, to discharge up to 20 cubic metres of treated dairy effluent per day onto the land via a twin oxidation pond and farm border dyke irrigation system, at property S.H. No. 7, during months September to April inclusive. 5071, A. D. HENNING, CULVERDEN, to take 80 cubic metres of water per day at the rate of 3.7 litres per second from a proposed 152 mm well approximately 17 metres deep on property S.H. No. 7, for dairy and stockwater purposes. « 5072, A. K. ANDERSON, Leithfleld, to take 202 cubic metres of water per day, 4 days per week at the rate of 7 litres per second from a 76mm well 4 metres deep on property, Leithfield Road, for spray irrigation purposes. WALKER, HAREWOOD, to take 142 cubic metres of water per day, at the rate of 6.6 litres per second from a 152 mm well 16 metres deep on property, 302 Russley Road, for spray irrigation purposes. SUBMISSIONS OR OBJECTIONS The above applications may , be examined at the office of the North Canterbury Catchment Board, corner Latimer Square and Worcester Street, Christchurch, during office hours. Anybody or person may at any time within 28 days of this notice lodge with the Board written submissions on ahy application or an objection to any application. Every objection shall be on the ground that the grant for the application would prejudice the objector’s Interests or the Interests of the public generally and shall be made in writing setting out the grounds on which the objector relies. Every objection shall be supported by a statutory declaration verifying the contents thereof. Written submissions or objections to the above applications will be received by the Board not later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7, 1983. E. R. Arowhenua — South Canterbury, etc. Kalkoura - Marlborough, Nelson and Kalkoura. Maahanul — Kalapol, West Coast and Buller. Murlhlku — Southland. Te Ika-a-Maul - The North Island, etc. Candidates for election must be beneficiaries residing in the District concerned and must be shown bn the Board’s roll of beneficiaries. Nomination forms, which may be obtained on application to the undersigned, must be signed by at least five (5) beneficiaries residing In the District concerned, and shown on the roll' of beneficiaries as entitled to vote and must be endorsed by the nominated candidate.
