The company, a subsidiary of a large Australian-based organisation, is recognised as a leader in the production of knitted fabric and knitwear. The successful applicant will report to the General Manager and will have the responsibility for a small sales force, product development, styling and pricing. The location is Palmerston North. REQUIREMENTS: • Proven successful textile industry experience, preferably in knitwear. • Good marketing skills, backed by sound commercial trading judgment. • Knowledge of knitted garment construction, knitwear plant and design flair. • Ability to negotiate and promote ideas at top management level.
