Luck tide in at Richmond

PA Nelson A Richmond couple, Don and Raye Scott, have proved that fortune can smile twice in the same place. Several weeks ago, Mr Scott won $2O in the Golden Kiwi lottery. Yesterday he learnt that his ticket, “Ds syndicate”, had gathered in the first prize of $lOO,OOO in yesterday’s lottery draw. Many of the staff at a Nelson engineering firm were unaware that Mr Scott, a wages clerk, had received an unexpected bonus as he distributed the weekly wage packets. “I’ve been buying Golden Kiwi tickets for a long time — for about as long as there have been Golden Kiwis,”
