Deer day at Rakaia

Deer farming as an alternative to traditional types of farming will be one of the subjects discussed at a field day at High Peak station, Rakaia Gorge, next Thursday. A detailed look at the progress, problems and prospects of deer farming has been arranged for the field day by the Canterbury branch of the New Zealand Deer Fanners’. Association.
