Rabbidge top seed for rally

Carl Rabbidge, of Timaru, will lead away the field in tomorrow’s Westland rally, first event of the new rally ‘ season. Rabbidge, the reigning Mainland series champion, finished second in last year’s Westland rally to the former national champion, Jim Donald (Auckland), but has been given the No. 1 spot because Donald is driving a lower-powered car this year.
