Comalco share sale
PA Melbourne CRA. Ltd. has agreed to sell 16.33 million "B" Comalco, Ltd. shares to Australian institutional investors, the CRA directors announced. They said the sales were arranged after discussions with parties who had expressed interest in acquiring shares from Kaiser Alum-
inium and Chemical Corp in November. 1982. After completing the sales. CRA will hold 334.08 million shares in Comalco. representing 67.04 per cent of the issued share capital. The directors said that CRA had no intention of selling further Comalco shares.
