Contaminated milk warning
PA Hamilton About 8000 litres, of contaminated milk was delivered in and around Hamilton on Thursday and people are warned not to drink it. A tap malfunction meant that cleaning solution was bottled with pasteurised milk and although Waikato Milk Company officials say it is not harmful, they say it should not be consumed. The tap normally held milk in one side and cleaning solution in the other but during bottling yesterday the division broke and the two were combined in bottles.
