Photographs of a re-enactment of an 1883 wedding are taken by Dr Derek Fisher with a home-made camera appropriate to the time at the Hanmer Springs centennial garden party yesterday at the historic St Helens Homestead. Dr Fisher is the senior medical officer of Queen Mary Hospital. Many of the guests at the garden party, a part of the town s centennial celebrations, were 4- dressed in period costume.
