Costly crashes
More than 20 people were killed and 30 injured in two major road accidents at different places, the Press Trust of India (P.T.1.) has reported. At least 12 people were crushed to death when a truck loaded with coal rolled down into a roadside pit in eastern India. In western Maharashtra State, a speeding bus crashed into a tree. Eleven died and 20 others were injured. — New Delhi.
