Demonstration highlights water ski-ing titles
A demonstration of water ski* ing by the champion Swedish water skier, Peter Hansen, was a highlight of the . Canterbury water ski-ing championships held at Lake TekapO at the week-end. Hansen has spent many hours at the Mike Suyderhound ski school in the United States training champion skiers. He has been in the Canterbury area for the last two weeks coaching five skiers from the Christchurch Water Sports club. The performance from these skiers over the week-end tournament held at Tekapo proved the worth of his training. Hansen's best jump is 47m and be,st trick points 5340. The slalom handicap platings
