Company wound up
Timber Nails, Ltd, a company with a paid up capital of $lO,OOO, was ordered to be wound up by Mr Justice Holland in the High Court yesterday on the petition of Associated Supplies. Ltd, which proved a debt of
$33,499. The debt was for timber supplied between June, 1976, and June, 1978. Mr O. A. Hansen, the official assignee, was appointed provisional liquidator. . _____
