Paparua I County Council RURAL HOUSING LOAN NO. 11 1982 - $lOO,OOO PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Paparua County Council at a Special Meeting held in the Council Chambers, Sockburn, on February 7, 1983, resolved by way of Special Order to raise a loan of $lOO,OOO for the purpose of making advances to farmers in terms of the Rural Housing Act, 1939. Repayment of the said loan and interest thereon will be secured by a special rate of .00001075 cents in the dollar on the capital value of all rateable property in the County. NOTE: It is not proposed to levy the security rate but to meet loan charges from repayments'of advances. It is also notified that a poll of ratepayers is required to be taken on the proposal if 15 per cent of the ratepayers of the County so demand in writing to the undersigned. Such demand must be received at the County Office, Main South Road, Sockburn, not later than 9 a.m. on the day fixed for confirmation of the Special Order.
