Chase lifts holding
Chase Corporation, Ltd, has raised its holding in Chenery Holdings, Ltd, to 24.9 per cent of issued capital.
The Stock Exchange Association of New Zealand ■announced yesterday morning that it had received advice of this from the Auckland brokers, Morrow and Benjamin, acting on behalf of Chase.
Morrow and Benjamin said that they had received instructions to bring the Chase holding in Chenery to 24.9 per cent, and that they would be standing in the market at 240 c a share. ".1 ■ The association'*) later received advice from Motrow and Benjamin that it had fulfilled its instruction.
