Chilean Minister quits ;
NZPA-Reuter Santiago The Chilean Foreign Minister. Mr Rene Rojas, resigned yesterday. A Government spokesman said that Mr Rojas was being replaced by Chile's Ambassador to Britain, Mr Miguel Alex Schweitzer Walter.
The spokesman said he did not know why Mr Rojas, who had been Foreign Minister for three years, had resigned. The resignation surprised Government officials who said that Mr Rojas had met the President. General Augusto Pinochet, at Govern-
