Indian and Chinese negotiators have called for a reasonable settlement of their long-standing border dispute after the third round of SinbIndian talks opened-bn improving their relations. The Ne.w China News Agency quoted Peking’s special envoy, Fu Hao as saying that he hoped the world’s two most populous nations would seek a way.for a fair and reasonable settlement of the boundary question. — Peking.
