'Quake computer
A team of Scottish researchers assert that they have developed a computer model of the Earth's crust that accurately predicts the time and location of earthquakes. Using information on previous earthquakes and data on the Earth’s electromagnetic fields, the team’s mathematical formula successfully predicted a 'quake in North Yemen last December 13. — Edinburgh.
