Inflation bonds
Sales of Government inflation bonds amounted to $15.7M last month, the lowest monthly figure since March, 1981. In November S2IM worth of bonds were sold and in October $18.6M worth. In a statistical release, the Reserve Bank says that sales of premium stock have been rising significantly, but were still relatively small, at SBM. in December.
