PA Gisborne The campaign to raise $2.5 million to develop the Royal New Zealand Air Force Museum at Wigram has benefited by a Slb.OOl l donation from Gisborne's J. N. Leslie Bell The target for tin' area was $30,000. The museum project was a national one and would preserve aircraft and other mementoes, both civil and service, of New Zealand's flying history. Mr Bell said. The cost of developing the museum will be $3.5 million, but the immediate target is $2.5 million The museum's national fund-raising campaign will start next month.
