NZPA-Reuter Faisalabad The dark clouds which hung over Faisalabad threatening rain yesterday may represent India's only hope of saving the third cricket test against Pakistan, when play resumes today. India, already one down in the six-match series, goes into the fourth day facing a huge first innings deficit. Pakistan will resume its first innings .at 594 for six — 222 ahead. Pakistan’s score, which includes centuries by four batsmen, is already their highest test, total "against India, beating its 539 for six at Lahore during the 1978-79 series. The century’ makers are Zaheer Abbas (168): Javed Mjandad (126). the captain. Imran Khan (117) and Salim Malik with 102 not out. Pakistan won the second
test in Karachi by an innings and 86 runs and the Indians will be hoping for rain to spare them from another mauling.
