Dead man named
The police have released the name of a man who was killed when he fell in front of the Christchurch-Greymouth passenger train on Saturday. He was David Alan Giggins, aged 42, of Kent Street. Timaru. He was struck just south of the Matipo Street levelcrossing in the Middleton yards.
