Chch man hit by train
A Christchurch man. aged about 42. was killed when he fell in front of the Christ-church-Greymouth passenger train on Saturday morning. The man was struck just south of the Matipo Street level-crossing in the Middleton yards about 10 a.m. The police are still inquiring into the man's identity. His name is expected to be released today. The train was delayed for almost an hour. '
