N.Z. petition on N. Ireland
PA Wellington A petition of 1900 signatures protesting against the use of plastic bullets op civilians in Northern Ireland has been presented to the British High Commission in Wellington. The organisers, the NeW' Zealand H Block/Armagh • Committee, says that plastic, and rubber bullets have' killed 14 people in Northern;Ireland and have... beenresponsible for injuries in-" eluding blindness, brain damage, and paralysis. . The petition was a copy of one being presented to theBritish Parliament.
