Property market
Two blocks of shops on the corner of Breezes Road and Pages Road were sold at auction on November 25 for $33,000 each. The first lot, comprising four modern shops, has a G. (1979) Of $33,500. The second, with two shops and parking facilities, has a G.V. (1979) of $26,500. They are built of permanent materials. The auctioneer was Mr M. H. McCrostie, of N. H. McCrostie and Company.
