Cathedral tree to be blessed
This year’s Christchurch Cathedral Christmas tree for the Save the Children Fund will be blessed next Sunday, at 11 a.m.
Smaller articles placed beneath the tree will be sent to needy children in- Lesotho, and the rest will be divided among Christchurch’s children’s homes.
Last year, the tree attracted donations totalling more than $2OOO.
