Woodley, of Binns, Barber and Keenan, Ltd. A three-bedroomed home of permanent materials at 18 Landsdowne Terrace in Cashmere was passed in at auction on November 23 for $70,250. The property, which includes an entrance hall, a sunroom, a dining room and a lounge, has a G.V. (1979) of $41,000. It is double-glazed and occupies a 607 sq m corner section with a garage, pergola and garden shed. The garden is well established.
