Monopolies predicted in C.E.R.

PA Wellington Parts of the horticultural industry and fruit and vegetable industries could be wrecked by closer economic relations with Australia, says Social Credit. The party’s spokesman on agriculture, Mr Derek Mason, said that millions of dollars were tied up in these industries, which were vulnerable to market fluctuations.
