Access to the Vacation Hotel car park from Oxford Terrace was blocked for more than an hour yesterday when a caravan jammed under the entrance arch. Efforts to extricate the caravan by deflating the tyres and removing the wheels were unsuccessful because of the low-slung frame. It was finally dragged clear after the roof was levered down. No one was hurt in the incident.
