PA Wellington Taupo’s member of Parliament, Mr R. N. McClay said last evening that he would stand for the newly constituted Waikaremoana electorate in the 1984 General Election.

Mr McLay, who holds New Zealand’s smallest electoral Parliamentary majority, had his present electorate split between Tongariro and Waikaremoana in boundary changes announced this month.
