Husband convicted of manslaughter

Joyce said that the next day she collapsed in the passage of her home and was in a deep coma when a doctor examined her. She was dead on arrival at hospital. A pathologist, Dr W. Russell, said that Mrs Penetito had about 30 bruises on the body and had died from a haemorrhage resulting from a blow to the back of the head.
