PA Wellington The Court of Appeal on Thursday reserved its decision at the end of a two-day > hearing of an appeal by the New Zealand Trotting Conference, against a High Court judgment. The judgment found that the conference’s regulation . limiting the number of mares that could be served from one stallion by arti-, ficial insemination was un-. reasonable, being a restraint of trade under the Com-:-' merce Act.
