A. Wright stands out
Share prices continued to ease in moderately active trading on New Zealand stock exchanges yesterday. Arnold and Wright, the Wellington-based lighting merchant, rose 62c ex dividend to 500 c, making it one of the highestpriced issues on the market. Landmark Properties had its first price change as a fully paid-up issue, firming 1c to 50c. Bendon lost 5c to 212 c in spite of announcing an improved result last week, and Atlas Majestic fell 5c to 115 c after yesterday’s report that its total profit was down 50 per cent. The N.Z.U.C. index lost 3.40 points.
