Euronote facility
PA Wellington New Zealand is considering increasing a Euronote facility first arranged last year by Citicorp International. Senior Treasury officials yesterday confirmed to NZPA that the Government was investigating extending the facility, but they denied a report in the Euromarket Newsletter that the in-
crease had already been arranged. The six-year facility for $5OO million short-term Euronotes at an interest rate of 0.25 per cent over the London interbank rate was, arranged in April, 1981. -■ The Government is considering increasing the facility to $750 million on the same terms.
