Unfortunately, many of the Board's records were lost through fire around 1912. The Board, therefore, would be grateful to receive any early personal papers, photographs, correspondence or items of interest concerning the hospital which would assist those writing the history. Such items would be safeguarded and returned to the senders in due course. Any items should be forwarded to the Deputy Chief Executive. Palmerston North Hospital Board. Private Bag, Palmerston North.
